SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) – PEDIATRICS

She Recruits, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school-based pediatric setting in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a full-time opportunity to support students’ communication development and academic success in a collaborative educational environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact through speech and language services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings

Required Compliance

• CPR certification
• TB skin test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Compensation

$36 per hour
