TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee recruitment functions across the organization.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives, improve recruitment efficiency, and ensure a consistent and equitable hiring experience across the organization.
This role partners closely with Human Resources and hiring leaders, oversees recruitment operations, and leads a team of Recruiters to build a strong and diverse workforce aligned with Envision Unlimited’s mission.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts and full-cycle hiring processes across the organization
• Develop and implement strategic hiring practices to meet workforce needs
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
• Design and standardize interview processes and candidate assessment methods
• Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate workflows, and recruitment reporting
• Manage recruitment tools, job advertising, and hiring budgets
• Establish hiring goals, performance metrics, and recruitment benchmarks
• Train, mentor, and supervise Recruiters to maintain strong hiring practices and compliance
Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of fair employment practices and hiring compliance
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Schedule
Full-Time
Hybrid position based in Chicago, IL
Compensation
$70,000 – $80,000 per year
