MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Morgan Services Inc. is seeking a Medical Sales Representative / Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with healthcare facilities in the Chicago area. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships within the healthcare linen and garment rental industry.
This position offers a base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities in the assigned territory
• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Deliver sales presentations to healthcare administrators and procurement managers
• Visit current and potential clients to promote company services
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
Market Development
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activities
• Develop proposals tailored to prospective client needs
Customer Support
• Address client concerns and coordinate with service departments
• Maintain strong relationships through ongoing communication
• Work with service teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
Experience
• 1–5 years of outside sales experience
• Experience in medical or healthcare-related sales preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
Schedule
Full-Time
Work performed primarily on the road within assigned territory
Compensation
$48,170 – $58,011 per year base salary
