About the Role

As a Live Stream Host, you will lead live shopping events on TikTok, presenting products, engaging with audiences in real time, and driving purchasing decisions. You’ll work alongside an operations team that manages the technical side, allowing you to focus fully on performance and audience interaction.

No prior live commerce experience is required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Host live shopping shows on TikTok Live from the studio
• Present products clearly, confidently, and with enthusiasm
• Engage with live viewers and respond to comments/questions
• Drive urgency through promotions, discounts, and limited offers
• Follow brand talking points while maintaining a natural delivery
• Collaborate with operations and project teams during live sessions
• Adjust tone, pacing, and energy based on audience engagement
• Represent partner brands professionally on camera

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• High energy, confidence, and comfort speaking live
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in real time
• Sales-oriented mindset with performance awareness
• Professionalism and reliability
• Availability for evening and weekend livestreams

Schedule

• 30+ hours per week (based on availability and performance)
• Typically hosting for 1–2 brands per week
• In-studio position in Hollywood, CA

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour + monthly performance bonuses
