TheGeekyGreens is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and performance across TikTok Live shopping programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, digital marketing, or agency environments who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.


About the Role


As a Senior Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day relationship and performance of brand partners, ensuring their TikTok Live programs are optimized for revenue, engagement, and growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Hosts, Operations, and Production teams to deliver high-performing live shopping experiences.


Responsibilities


• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners

• Manage client communication, expectations, and reporting

• Translate client goals into live stream strategies

• Collaborate with Hosts, Producers, and Ops teams for execution

• Monitor and analyze performance (conversion, AOV, engagement, revenue)

• Identify opportunities to improve content, pacing, and offers

• Own forecasting, pacing, and revenue optimization

• Track account P&L and ensure profitability

• Lead client check-ins and performance reviews

• Provide insights and growth recommendations

• Support onboarding of new brands


How You’ll Work


• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams

• Operate in a fast-paced, live production environment

• Collaborate closely with studio teams

• Balance strategy with hands-on execution

• Take ownership of client success and business outcomes


Requirements


• 5–8 years of experience in account management, client services, or performance marketing

• Background in advertising, social media, or digital marketing agencies preferred

• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

• Experience managing KPIs, campaigns, or revenue targets

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills


Preferred


• Interest in TikTok, live commerce, or creator-driven sales


Compensation


• $35 – $40 per hour

• Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and account performance
