Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) for individuals and families
• Educate clients on financial topics such as life insurance, retirement planning, and college savings
• Develop customized financial strategies based on client goals and life stages
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing guidance
• Maintain regular communication and support as clients’ financial needs evolve
• (Optional) Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to grow your agency

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to explain financial concepts in simple, understandable terms
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
• Must be willing to obtain required insurance licensing (guidance provided)
