Neuronanny is seeking an experienced Employment / Contract Attorney to review and provide feedback on contract templates for a growing nanny placement agency operating under a W-2 household employment model.

This is a limited-scope, project-based opportunity with potential for ongoing work as the business continues to grow.

About the Role

The selected attorney will review existing service and employment agreement templates to ensure clarity, reduce legal risk, and improve overall structure. This is a practical, efficiency-focused engagement—not a full contract rewrite.

Scope of Work

• Review 1–2 existing contract documents

• Identify legal risks or unclear language

• Provide practical recommendations for improvement

• Suggest light edits where necessary

Additional follow-up work may be available based on performance and fit.

Requirements

• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

• Ability to complete all work and communication through Upwork

• Strong experience in employment law or contract law

• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and simply

• Practical, solution-oriented approach

Preferred

• Experience with service-based businesses or staffing models

• Familiarity with household employment or nanny agencies

Timeline

• Initial review turnaround: 2–4 days preferred

• Clear communication required for any additional work

Compensation

Initial Review: $150 – $500 (fixed price)

Optional Follow-Up Work: $300 – $800 depending on scope
