Trustice Law Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing law firm in Richmond, Virginia. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in keeping cases moving efficiently.

The firm focuses on family law and criminal defense and is looking for someone who works well with attorneys, manages complex case files with precision, and provides professional and compassionate support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Manage case files and track important deadlines
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Organize and summarize financial records and evidence
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Ensure documents are filed properly with the court

Requirements

• 2–4 years of paralegal experience in Virginia
• Familiarity with Virginia court procedures and filings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with Clio or similar legal case management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In-person position in Richmond, VA
